Welcome to Global Marketing Operations, part of Marketing Excellence
At our global HQ in Ballerup, Denmark, as our new Student Assistant, you will join us in the Marketing Operations team - part of our the GN Audio Global Marketing Excellence department. Marketing Excellence is responsible for both the long-term planning and day to day operational activities for the different Marketing functions. It is a truly cross-functional team that ensures best practices across our internal processes.
Together with your passionate colleagues in Global Marketing Operations, you will be responsible for working with our data insights-, product-, R&D-, brand-, and marketing teams to enable the successful launches of our exciting range of headsets, speakerphones and video conferencing products to both consumer and enterprise audiences.
You will be working in a fast-paced international environment and will be reporting to Head of Global Marketing Operations, Daniel Nieto Martorell.
What will you be doing?
As our new Student Assistant, you will work on varying assignments and projects – independently and together with your colleagues across our marketing disciplines. You will have a broad range of internal stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include:
Conducting different data and market analyses
Preparing clear and compelling internal presentations-, and communications across functions and local markets
Updating our digital tools with new information

Are a high-achieving bachelor graduate – either about to finish your bachelor studies – or that you are at the beginning of your master’s degree in e.g., marketing, communication, media, economy, or social sciences – perhaps at CBS, KU, or DTU
Have previous professional experience in marketing or in a fast-moving international environment is an advantage- but not a must
You are a team player with a practical, hands-on approach. A good multi-tasker, you will feel comfortable taking ownership of projects and building relationships with a wide variety of internal stakeholders and agencies.
You have a natural interest in cutting-edge technology, and want to be part of a growing company that strives to be the global leader of high-tech audio solutions
Have a high degree of comfort in acting autonomously and having an independent point of view
Can communicate effortlessly with your colleagues, no matter where they are, as GN is a truly global company in over 50 countries
Joining us 12-20 hours per week, where your working hours will be adapted to your lessons and exams. Although we have deadlines to meet, we are flexible and hope you are too.
