Vi söker en positiv lagspelare  elevassistent / Learning environment Officer som  ska :

     Stödja lärande i klassrummet och  skapa ett positivt socialt klimat i korridorerna

● Stödja lärare med implementering och ledning av  konsekvenstrappa genom att hjälpa elever att göra positiva val

  • ● Kommunicera med lärarlag och andra enheter  om återkommande frågor bland studenter eller

     lösa konflikter eller störningar i korridorerna

    ● Upptäck, stoppa och dokumentera all mobbning, diskriminering eller trakasserier som upptäcks i

    skolan.

    ● Var närvarande i korridorer under raster och klassrumsbyten

    ● Bygg relationer med alla elever, speciellt med elever som har

    behov av beteendemässigt och socialt stöd

    ● Stödja lärare och all personal med att säkerställa disciplin och ordning

    klassrum och resten av skolan.

    ● Stödja lärare och personal samt studenter genom att bidra till

    en lugn arbetsmiljö.

    ● Hjälpa SLT att göra skolan så smidig som möjligt.

    ○ Anmäla, dokumentera och meddela skador på skolans egendom och eller

    enskild egendom

    ○ Påminn och be eleverna att ta hand om sin utrustning   

    Var med i programmen "Walk to Transport" och "Welcome to School".

    schemalagd eller regisserad av SLT eller Behaviour Support Coordinator.

    ○ Upptäck och eskortera elever som är ovilliga att gå på lektioner till

    klassrummet och vara proaktiv för att se till att de stannar kvar i klassen.

    ○ vara med på föräldra möten med vissa elever

    ● Var en social förebild för eleverna

    ● utföra andra uppgifter för att förbättra skolmiljön enligt anvisningar från rektor

    Support learning in the classroom and a positive social climate in the hallways through individual support for key students as directed by the Pastoral Coordinator. Support teachers with the implementation and management of the consequences ladder through helping students make positive choices. Communicate with Student Care leaders of recurring issues among students or key locations of conflict or disruption in the corridors through the Student Behaviour Coordinator. Detect, stop and document any bullying, discrimination or harassment seen in the school. Be a presence in corridors at strategic times of the day to assist a calm area. Build relationships with all students, but most importantly, with key students in need of behavioural and social support. Support teachers and wider staff in ensuring discipline and order is kept in classrooms and the rest of the school. Supporting teachers, other staff members and students by contributing to the development of a calm work environment. Assisting the SLT to make the school run as smooth as possible. Performing small day to day tasks regarding student well being and social support such as: Noticing changes in social groups and hierarchy among the student body and communicate these to Student Care leaders and Mentors Notice, document and communicate damages to school property and or individual property Remind and ask students to take care of their equipment and pick up papers and litter Following up on students that display challenges in a social or learning environment context: Take on one-to-one supervision of students as directed by the SLT and Behaviour Support Coordinator Be part of ‘Walk to Transport’ and “Welcome to School” programmes scheduled or directed by SLT or the Behaviour Support Coordinator. Detect and escort students who are reluctant to attend lessons to the classroom and be proactive in ensuring they remain in class.. Take part in meetings with certain students and parents when requested. Be a social role model for students to look up to and try to emulate. To take sub-lessons when necessary. Any other task to improve school environment as directed by the Principal
