A head teacher and a preschool director for campus center
Tasks
We are looking for two people to our management team in the campus center. A president to be located at Furulund School F-9 and a preschool director with the investment in Östergårds activity.
The team with other principals and preschool directors in the area and the campus will lead to learning and development in the area.
As president / nursery manager, you have the overall responsibility for operations and that this is conducted within the financial framework. You have direct responsibility for personnel implying b added annual performance and salary negotiation as well as operational and safety issues.
Qualifications
As president / rector of the preschool center campus is expected to take initiatives to develop 1-16 årsperspektivet.
As Head of Children and Youth Administration, we expect that you conduct a leadership in line with "Halmstad Leads" which means:
* That you see your staff's potential and encourage their development by showing confidence in their abilities, expand their responsibilities and contribute to constructive feedback. You have leadership skills and want to work from a learning management where development issues are key.
* To you with the municipality's vision and citizen / customer focus continuously develop the quality and efficiency of your business. You are an active external investigators who possess a sense of responsibility, good communication skills, resourcefulness and empathy. You have an ethical approach rooted in the curriculum's core values and puts children, pupils and staff learning in focus.
* You know your mission and are confident in your role as principal / preschool director, even in situations where you have to make difficult decisions and express your views clearly. You are clear in your communication about goals, resources and expected results, thereby creating understanding and acceptance of decisions made.
It is desirable that you have undergone training headmaster and that you have experience in both preschool and school.
